医学高职生自主学习能力培养的实验研究

以医学高职生为对象，以培养自主学习能力为目标，通过树立信心、激发学习动机、介绍学习策略、自学与讨论、讲解与答疑和采用多种考核方式等，开展教改实验。结果显示高职生开始重视自主学习能力训练，并逐步积累各自学习方法与策略，学习动机开始从“学会”到“会学”的转变，远期效果显著。
