股后皮神经营养血管皮瓣修复腰骶部大面积软组织缺损的护理

目的探讨股后皮神经营养血管皮瓣治疗腰骶部大面积软组织缺损术前和术后的临床护理。方法回顾性分析2002年7月-2005年5月在我院显微创伤骨科应用股后皮神经营养血管皮瓣移位修复大面积软组织缺损6例患者康复护理的临床资料。结果6例皮瓣全部成活,伤口均一期愈合。经2.5～12个月随访,皮瓣外形自然平整,质地柔软,感觉良好。2例褥疮患者未再出现皮肤溃疡。结论术前做好肠道准备和心理护理,术后严密观察皮瓣血运状况、预防血管痉挛和栓塞是成功康复的有力保障。

Nursing care of posterior femoral cutaneous neurovascular island flap in repairing parenchyma damage

Objective To explore the nursing of posterior femoral cutaneous neurovascular island flap in repairing parenchyma damage.Methods From July 2002 to May 2005,6 patients with parenchyma damage received posterior femoral cutaneous neurovascular island flap repair.Their rehabilitation nursing data were retrospectively analyzed.Results All patients' flaps survived well and the wounds gained the primary healing.2.5~12 months follow-ups revealed that flaps were satisfactory in the appearance,texture and sensory functions.2 patients with bedsore did not suffer dermal ulcer again.Conclusions Full preoperative bowel preparation and mental care,postoperative precision observation and prevent vasospasm as well as embolism are powerful safeguard to the success of the operation.
