Analysis of Biosafety Management of Pathogenic Microorganism Laboratory

Objective To analyze the current status of biosafety management of pathogenic microorganism laboratories and countermeasures.Methods From May 2019 to January 2020,the biosafety management of 5 pathogenic microorganism laboratories in the region was investigated and analyzed,including the hardware layout of the pathogenic microorganism laboratory record management system,medical waste management,and internal transportation and external transportation of laboratory samples.Results There is still a lot of room for improvement in the filing system of 5 pathogenic microbiology laboratories;after the third-party medical inspection agency manages the clinical inspection business in a unified manner,both the inspection quality and the hardware layout have been greatly improved;the difference in personnel management is relatively significant,its awareness of biosafety management and protection needs to be improved;the capacity for centralized treatment of medical waste is limited;sample transportation lacks the awareness and capabilities of intelligent management.Conclusion At this stage,there are many problems in the biosafety management of pathogenic microorganism laboratories.It is necessary to focus on personnel management,system improvement and sample transportation information construction in order to improve the quality of biosafety management of pathogenic microorganism laboratories.
