Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application effect evaluation of case teaching method in obstetrics and gynecology teaching.Methods A random sample of 82 medical interns in the hospital from November 2018 to May 2020 was divided into a control group(n=41)using conventional teaching and an experimental group(n=41)receiving case teaching methods.Compared the two groups of interns'knowledge mastery rate,learning attitude score,learning efficiency score,theoretical scores and practical performance scores.Results The rate of knowledge mastery of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the scores of learning attitude,learning efficiency,theoretical and practical performance were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology,the use of case teaching method can significantly stimulate the interns’learning enthusiasm,improve the interns’learning efficiency and knowledge mastery level,improve the interns’clinical practice operation ability,and thereby improve the teaching quality,which deserves clinical attention.
