还原型谷胱甘肽联合酪酸梭菌二联活菌散对新生儿黄疸胆红素水平及T细胞亚群指标的影响 |

摘 要: | 目的探讨还原型谷胱甘肽联合酪酸梭菌二联活菌散对新生儿黄疸胆红素水平及T细胞亚群指标的影响。方法将110例新生儿黄疸患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组采用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,观察组采用还原型谷胱甘肽联合酪酸梭菌二联活菌散治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血清胆红素水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CD4~+及CD4~+/CD8~+均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的MDA水平低于对照组,SOD水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽联合酪酸梭菌二联活菌散治疗新生儿黄疸的效果显著,可促进患儿血清胆红素水平降低和免疫功能提升,也能减轻氧化应激反应。

Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of reduced glutathione combined with combined Clostridium butyricum and Bifidobacterium powders on bilirubin level and T cell subsets indexes in neonatal jaundice.Methods A total of 110 children with neonatal jaundice were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with reduced glutathione,and the observation group was treated with reduced glutathione combined with combined Clostridium butyricum and Bifidobacterium powders.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum bilirubin level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the MDA level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the SOD level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Reduced glutathione combined with combined Clostridium butyricum and Bifidobacterium powders in the treatment of neonatal jaundice has a significant effect,it can promote the decrease of serum bilirubin level and the improvement of immune function,and can also reduce the oxidative stress reaction. |
