基于炎症相关性探讨拔罐干预单纯性肥胖

拔罐治疗单纯性肥胖主要是通过调节白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)等促炎因子的表达,改善胰岛素抵抗,调节机体代谢,同时升高脂肪细胞所分泌的脂联素、分泌型卷曲相关蛋白(secreted frizzled related protein 5,SFRP5)、白细胞介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)等抗炎因子的表达水平实现的,临床应用已经取得了较好的疗效。但目前对于拔罐干预单纯性肥胖的作用机制研究尚不充分,多局限于血流量、免疫、炎症方面,且拔罐的具体操作方法及操作时间均缺乏标准化。今后需进一步加大临床研究和动物实验的样本量,多途径、多角度地进行分析研究,以明确单纯性肥胖的发病和治疗机制,同时深入探索拔罐的具体操作方法、力度及时间,明确拔罐疗效与肥胖度之间的关系、拔罐对炎性因子的影响及其在多种炎症通路中的具体作用等,以便更好地指导临床实践。
