血液保养液与肝素抗凝剂对HBsAg ELISA检测结果的影响

目的对无偿献血者血标本进行HBsAg检测时,分析血液保养液（CPD）与肝素抗凝剂对结果的影响。方法取4IU/mlHBsAg质控品,分别制备成不同的待检样本,即肝素抗凝剂组（对照组）和CPD保养液组（实验组）;应用ELISA试剂盒检测两组样本HBsAg,将所得S/CO值进行配对t检验。结果对照组S/CO值为8.81,实验组S/CO值为7.60,差异有统计学意义（t=5.67,P〈0.05）。结论采用ELISA法检测HBsAg时,含CPD保养液的样本比肝素抗凝剂样本结果的S/CO值低,应引起采供血机构的重视。

Effect of Preservative and Anticoagulant Heparin on Results of HBsAg ELISA

Objective To investigate the influence of preservative（CPD） and heparin anticoagulant on results of HB- sAg ELISA when samples were collected from voluntary blood donors. Methods Quality control material of HBsAg （4 IU/ml） was prepared for samples of two groups：anticoagulant heparin （experiment group）, CPD preservative （control group） . Samples of two groups were inspected using ELISA agent kits for HBsAg and the values of S/CO were analysed by paired t-test. Result The value of the control group S/CO was 8.81 ,and that of the experiment group was 7.60. The difference was signifcant （t： 5.67,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The values of samples with CPD were lower than with anticoag- ulant heparin when HBsAg was detected with ELISA. Blood collection and supply agencies should give enough considera- tion for this factor when coped with the blood samples whose initial ELISA reaction were positive.
