Q开关Nd:YAG 1064nm激光联合口服氨甲环酸片治疗黄褐斑疗效观察

目的:观察Q开关Nd:YAG 1064nm激光联合口服氨甲环酸片治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:2011年7月～2012年10月,选取门诊就诊的黄褐斑患者30例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各15例。治疗组:接受Q开关Nd:YAG 1064nm激光联合口服氨甲环酸片治疗;对照组:仅接受Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗。每次治疗后都辅以维C导入及胶原蛋白修复面膜外敷,每2周治疗1次,10次为1个疗程;治疗组同时口服氨甲环酸片,每日2次,每次250mg,连服半年。1个疗程结束即评判疗效,治疗期间及1个疗程结束后3个月观察疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为73.4%,两组疗效比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),未见明显不良反应。结论:Q开关Nd:YAG 1064nm激光联合口服氨甲环酸片治疗黄褐斑优于单用Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗,且不良反应少,适合临床应用。

Clinical efficacy of using Q-switch Nd. YAG 1064nm laser combined with ranexamic acid for the treatment of melasma

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of using Q-switch Nd.YAG 1064 nm wavelength laser combined with tranexamic acid for the treatment of melasma. Methods From 2011 to 2012, the selection of 30 people to our department for treatment of patients with melasma were randomly divided into a treatment group and the control group, n=15. The treatment group received the Q-switched Nd： YAG 1 064rim laser combined with oral tranexamic acid tablets in the treatment and control group only accepts Q-switched Nd： YAG laser treatment,After each treatment, they are complemented by Victoria C import and repair collagen mask topical treatment once every two weeks, 10 times as a course of treatment; treatment group, while oral tranexamic acid tablets, 2 times a day, each 250mg, and even served six months. The end of a course of treatment that is to judge the efficacy. Observed the effect and adverse reactions during the period of treatment and 3 months after the treatment. Result The total effective rate of 93.3% in treatment group, and73.4% in control group, the two groups were statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）, no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion Q-switch Nd：YAG 1064nm wavelength laser combined with tranexamic acid in the treatment of melasma is significantly better than the single use of Q-switched Nd： YAG laser treatment, and fewer adverse reactions, suitable for clinical application.
