水平横切法内眦赘皮矫正术的设计及临床应用

目的:探索内眦赘皮矫正术的方法和临床应用效果。方法:在过内眦点的水平线上横向切开内眦赘皮及其内纵向的眼轮匝肌,去除切口上、下多余的三角型皮肤和与皮肤粘连的眼轮匝肌,矫正内眦赘皮。以达到开大睑裂和加强其它手术效果的目的。结果:所有患者术后内眦赘皮消失,内眦形态良好,睑裂增大2～4mm,无明显的手术瘢痕,手术效果满意。结论:水平横切法内眦赘皮矫正的手术方法适用于任何形式的内眦赘皮。手术方法简单,易于掌握,手术瘢痕不明显,可与其它手术同期完成。值得临床推广。

Design of "horizontal incisison"method for epicanthus correcction and clinical application

Objective To explore the technique and the clinical effects on correction of the epicanthus. Methods In the inner canthus level transverse incision of epicanthus and in the longitudinal direction of the orbicularis oculi muscle, removal of excess incision of triangular skin and skin adhesion of the orbicularis oculi muscle,the correction of epicanthus In order to open the palpebral fissure and strengthen other operation effect. Results All patients postoperative epicanthus disappears,the inner canthus in good shape, palpebral fissure increasing 2-4 mm, no operation scar operation, satisfactory. Conclusion The level transverse epicanthus correction operation method is applicable to any form of epicanthus,operation method is simple,easy to master, operation scar is not apparent,and other operation performed at the same time,worthy of clinical application.
