摘    要:目的测试TAS-990原子吸收分光光度计测定锌的操作参数。方法在单因素试验的基础上,依据三因素四水平正义试验表L16(4^4)进行实验。结果测定锌的最佳工作条件为燃气流量1200ml/l、灯电流3.0mA、燃烧器高度7.0mm。结论燃气流量、灯电流和燃烧器高度为重要影响因素。

An orthogonal Test Study on Determination of Zinc by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

Abstract:Objective To Monitor the operating parameters of Zinc by TAS-990 atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Methods On the basis of single factor experiment,experiments were done according to the orthogonal experiment table L16 (4^4 ). Results The optimum working conditions of monitoring zice by Atom Absorption Spectrophotometer were as follows the gas flow 1200ml/min, Lamp current 2.0mA, Burner height 7.0mm respectively. Conclusion Gas flow ,Lamp current and Burner height can inpact on the determination results.
