| 摘 要： | 近几年剖宫产率有逐渐增高的趋势 ,人们在注重母子安全的同时亦注重切口是否能够如期愈合。现就我院 5年间 2 8例剖宫产切口感染裂开分析如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 1994年 1月～ 1999年 1月期间我院共行剖宫产 72 2例 ,横切口 35 9例 ,纵切口 36 3例 ,其中有 2 8例切口感染裂开 ,妊高征低蛋白血症者 2例 ,占 7.14% ,胎膜早破活跃期阻滞者 7例 ,占 2 5 % ,瘢痕子宫 3例 ,占 10 .71% ,肥胖者(体重大于 90 kg) 2例 ,占 7.14% ,贫血者 4例 ,占 14.2 9%。胎位不正者 10例 ,占 35 .71% ,横切口 (Pfannenstiel切口 ) 2例 ,占横切口 0 .5 6…

CLINICAL RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS OF 43 CASES VENTILATOR-ASSOCIATED PNEUMONIA |

| Abstract: | To analyse the clinical features of ventilator essociated pneumonia (VAP) for the improvement of the treatment. Method 43 cases of VAP were analyzed concerning their general condition, disease types, uses of antibiotics and the distribution of the infectious germs. Result The incidence of VAP were high in comatose and old patients.The prognosis was poor in patients with chrnnic bronchitis complicated with respiratory failure and with VAP, Large dosage of antibiotics produced good results. Conclusion On basis of the patients' real conditions. Effective preventive measures and rational use of antibiotics are useful for both the prevention and the treatment of ventilator associated pneumonia. |
