| 保肾汤治疗慢性肾衰临床观察 | |

| 摘 要： | [目的]观察保肾汤治疗慢性肾衰的临床疗效。[方法]将40例慢性肾衰患者随机分为治疗组20例，对照组20例。治疗组给予保肾汤，28日为1个疗程；对照组给予贝那普利，56日为1个疗程。观察两组治疗后血肌酐、尿素氮的变化情况。[结果]治疗后两组血肌酐、尿素氮等指标均明显改善，两组比较差异不显著，无统计学意义（P〈0．05）。[结论]保肾汤治疗慢性肾功能衰竭可有效改善肾功能。 |

| Abstract: | [ Objective] to objective the clinical effect of Bao Shen Tang for Chronie Renal Failure. [ Methods]40 cases of CRF were allocated to two groups randomly. The treatment group （20 cases） treated by Bao Shen Tang therapy,with 1 courses of 28 - day treatmemt. The control group （20 cases）treated by BENAIEPRIL HCL, with 1 course of 32 -day treatmemt. The contents of urea nitrogen and creatinine were observed after treatment. [ Results ] The contents of urea nitrogen and creatinine were markedly improved in both groups. The comparison of both groups showed no statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ）. [ Conclusion ] Bao Shen Tang can improve renal functiom effectively. |
