聚合酶链反应检测外周血和腹水标本中结核菌的价值

目的 探讨聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）技术检测外周血白细胞和腹水中结核分支杆菌的结核性腹膜炎诊断中的价值。方法 应用ＰＣＲ和抗菌染色镜检（镜检）对５８例结核性腹膜炎和３０例对照组外周血白细胞及腹水标本进行结核菌检测。结果 ５８例结核性腹膜炎外周血和腹水ＰＣＲ阳性率分别为７９．３％和６０．３％，外周血，腹水标本配对检测总阳性率为８８％，腹水镜检阳性率为１．７％，ＰＣＲ与镜检比较，Ｘ＾２检验，Ｐ〈０．００１

Evaluation of detection of M.tuberculosis in peripheral blood and ascites samples by polymerase chain reaction in tuberculous peritonits

Objective To evaluate clinical value of detection of M. tuberculosis in peripheral blood and ascitessamples by polymeras chain reaction (PCR) technique in diagnosis of tuberculous peritonitis.Methots PCRand standard light -microsoopy were used to detect M. tuberculosis in peripheral blood and ascites samplesobtained from 58 patients with tuberculous peritonitis and 30 patients without tuberculous peritonitis.ResultsIn blood and ascites samples of 58 patients with tuberculous peritonitis,the positive rate of PCR was 79. 3%and 60. 3% respectively,tolal positive rate of combinative detevtin of blood and ascites samples was 88%, inascites samples the positive rate was 1. 7 % in standard light -microscopy. A statistically obvious difference wasseen (P<0.001). Conclusions PCR is rapid,Simple,specific and sensitive for detection of M.tuberculosisin blood and ascites smnples.and it is of great value in the diagnosis of tuberculous peritonitis and differentiation of tuberculous peritonitis from ther peritonsistis.
