河南省口腔疾病流行病学研究

目的:掌握河南省5～74岁人群口腔疾病患病现状,为开展牙病防治工作、制订口腔保健规划与目标,合理配置口腔卫生保健资源提供科学依据。方法:采用分层、不等比、多阶段、整群抽样方法。结果:河南省城乡人群口腔疾病患病率高,就诊率低,口腔卫生观念落后,口腔疾病患病率和需求水平差距较大,口腔卫生服务资源严重匮乏。结论:发展口腔卫生事业不但能满足人民群众日益增加的对口腔卫生服务的需求,而且能增加就业机会,同时带动口腔医疗器械、口腔保健用品行业的发展,从而推动社会经济的发展。建议各级政府对口腔卫生保健事业的发展给予足够的重视,在城镇医药卫生体制改革和农村新型合作医疗体系建立过程中给予政策扶持,加快口腔卫生保健事业的发展。

An epidemiologic study on oral diseases in Henan Province

Objective: To obtain some information of the prevalence of oral diseases and the needs of dental treatment in people aged 5～74 years of Henan province so as to develop effective programs in preventing oral diseases and provides the scientific basis for the reasonable disposition oralhygiene health care resources.Methods: Based on WHO 《Oral Health Surveys:Basic Methods》(4th ed) standards,Nonproportional stratified cluster sampling was employed in 2002.The total samples of 13900 were examined.Results: The oral diseases prevalent rate of Henan province is high,But the rate of subjects visited dentist is low,and the oral health idea is backward,a substantial discrepancy is found between oral disease presence and demand for dental service,and the oral service resources is deficient seriously in Henan Province.Conclusion: The development oral health enterprise not only can satisfy the people to increase day by day to the oral hygiene service demand,moreover can increase the employment opportunity,simultaneously drives the oral medical instrument,the oral health carething profession development,thus impetus social economy development.Suggested governments give the enough value to the oral healt development,gives the policy support in the process of reform for cities medicine health system and in the establishment of countryside new cooperative medical treatment system,speeds up the development speed of the oral health services enterprise.
