摘    要:目的探讨16层螺旋CT血管造影及后处理技术对主动脉夹层患者的诊断价值。方法 14例主动脉夹层患者临床初诊被误诊或漏诊,最后经16层螺旋CT血管造影检查及三维重建技术确诊。三维重建方法包括多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、容积再现(VR)、仿真内窥镜(CTVE)、表面遮盖成像(SSD)、曲面重建(CPR)。结果多种重建图像与轴位图像相结合,能清晰显示主动脉夹层的病变范围、类型、真假腔、内膜片、破口部位等解剖细节及其与主要分支血管的空间解剖关系。结论 16层螺旋CT血管造影及后处理技术可以全面显示主动脉夹层的病变和解剖细节,在主动脉夹层的诊断和临床治疗中具有重要的应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate 16-slice spiral CT angiography and post-processing techniques on the diagnosis in patients with aortic dissection. Methods 14 patients with clinically diagnosed patients with aortic dissection can be misdiagnosed or missed, and finally by 16-slice CT angiography and three-dimensional reconstruction confirmed. Three- dimensional reconstruction methods, including multi-planar reconstruction (MPR), maximum intensity projection (MIP), volume rendering (VR), virtual endoscopy (CTVE), shaded surface display imaging (SSD), surface reconstruction (CPR). Results The various reconstruction images and axial images combined Can clearly show the extent of aortic dissection lesion, type, true and false lumen, intimal flap, break area and other anatomic details and their main branches of vascular anatomy relationship. Conclusion 16 slice spiral CT angiography and comprehensive post-processing techniques can show aortic dissection and anatomical details of the lesion, the diagnosis of aortic dissection and has important clinical value.
