膀胱镜检查焦虑的心理干预

目的:探讨心理干预对膀胱镜检查前后患者焦虑的影响。方法:对焦虑的原因进行分析,进行针对性的心理疏导,如放松、分散注意力、听音乐,把专业知识及诚恳的语言运用在膀胱镜检的每一个环节中。结果:患者在生理、心理、社会等方面均达到最愉快的状态,增强了对医务人员信任,医患关系得到改善。结论:心理干预能使患者在环境适宜、体位舒适、备受关注的氛围中接受膀胱镜检查。

Mental intervention for anxiety patients in cystoscope examination

Objective To explore the effect of mental intervention on the anxiety in patients underwent cystoscope checking.Method By analysis of the causes of anxiety,we made purposeful psychological nursing intervention,such as relaxation,diverting attention and listening to music.We made expertise and sincere language in each link of cystoscope checking.Results To provide physical,psychological and social nursing to patients can effectively improve comfort index of patients,engender patients′ confidence and trust in the physician team and ease the Doctor-Patient relationship.Conclusion Mental intervention has better effects on environmental,body position and tense atmosphere in cystoscope checking.
