外踝上皮支皮瓣修复踝部软组织缺损

目的:总结外踝上皮支皮瓣修复踝部软组织缺损的手术经验。方法:利用小腿腓动脉的终末皮支为蒂设计外踝上皮支皮瓣11例,修复内、外踝骨折术后钢板外露分别3例和6例,踝前软组织缺损2例,皮瓣切取面积最大15 cm×10 cm,最小5 cm×6 cm。结果:皮瓣全部成活,随访6个月~3年,皮瓣外形饱满,质地好,部分感觉恢复。结论:外踝上皮支皮瓣切取简便、血运可靠,是修复踝部软组织缺损的一种较好选择。

Lateral supramalleolar cutaneous artery flap for soft tissue defect around malleolus

Objective To summarize the experience of repairing the soft tissue defect around the malleolus with the lateral supramalleolar cutanesous artery flap.Method The lateral supramelleolar cutaneous artery flap pedicled with the terminal cutaneous branch of the peroneal artery was harvested to repair the soft tissue defect around the malleolus in 11 cases,of which 9 cases suffered bared plate after internal fixation of the medial or lateral melleolus fracture,and 2 cases suffered skin defect in the anterior malleolus.The area of the flaps ranged from 15 cm×10 cm to 5 cm×6 cm.Results All the flaps survived uneventfully and were all followed up,with a interval of 6~30 months.The flaps were plump with good texture,and had some sensory.Conclusion The lateral supramelleolar cutaneous artery flap,which has reliable blood supply and is easily dissected,can repair the soft tissue defect around the melleolus perfectly.
