| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期应用神经肌肉本体促进技术（PNF技术）肢体训练在提高偏瘫患者肢体运动能力中的疗效。方法以我院59例脑卒中偏瘫患者为治疗组,同期同病41例患者为对照组。两组患者均给予药物、物理及传统康复治疗等,此外治疗组还接受PNF技术的肢体训练。结果治疗组患者接受PNF治疗后进行神经功能损伤,肢体运动功能及ADL能力评估,疗效明显改善且优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 PNF技术的肢体训练方法 ,有助于脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体运动能力的恢复。
