| 摘 要： | 应用“CIDR＋PG”对新疆克拉玛依市乌尔禾地区的156头本地黄牛进行同期发情处理．且分为A、B两组，采用放牧加补饲的饲养方式。统计结果是：以“CIDR＋PG”处理后的母牛同期发情率平均为89．54％。用细管冻精对发情母牛直肠把握法人工授精，一个情期2次输精，中间间隔8-12h，早期妊娠检查结果发现这些受配母牛的情期受胎率高达85．70％。该试验表明，应用CIDR和PG协同诱导黄牛同期发情具有良好的效果。

| Abstract: | Application of ＂CIDR ＋ PG＂ Wuerhe of Karamay City, Xinjiang region to 156 local cattle estrus synchronization processing, and is divided into A, B groups, plus the use of grazing feeding mode. The results are： ＂CIDR ＋ PG＂ cows treated in the same period the average heat rate of 89.54%. With frozen semen straw grasp of estrus cow rectal method of artificial insemination, a situation Insemination Phase 2, intermediate between 8 - 12h, the early pregnancy test results showed that those affected by the situation with a view to cow conception rate as high as 85.70%. The test showed that the synergistic application of CIDR and PG- induced estrus synchronization of cattle with good results. |
