| 摘 要： | 目的观察安信纳米银创伤贴预防手术切口感染的疗效及其安全性。方法将经腹部手术后的180例患者随机分为观察组90例和对照组90例,观察组以生理盐水清洗伤口后使用安信纳米银创伤贴覆盖,对照组以75%医用酒精消毒伤口后盖上普通无菌敷料,比较两组患者伤口愈合情况和感染情况。结果观察组90例(100%)手术切口均为甲级愈合,无红、肿、痛、分泌物,未培养出化脓菌,效果明显优于对照组。结论安信纳米银创伤贴在预防手术切口感染方面比常规无菌敷料效果好。
