| 摘 要： | 目的观察仙茅对小鼠成骨细胞MC3T3-E1增殖的影响。方法将稀释成不同梯度浓度的仙茅提取物与成骨样细胞MC3T3-E1共同体外培养,以四甲基偶氮唑盐比色(MTT)法检测细胞的增殖。结果仙茅低浓度组(1∶1500)增殖率为6.0%,对MC3T3-E1细胞增殖没有影响;中浓度组(1∶1000)增殖率21.7%,对细胞增殖影响明显(P<0.05);高浓度组(1∶500)增殖率是51.9%(P<0.05);极高浓度组(1∶250)增殖率是66.3%(P<0.01)。结论在体外,仙茅提取物能明显促进MC3T3-E1细胞的增殖。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of the Curculigo orchioides extracts on the proliferation of MC3T3-E1 cells in vitro.Methods Cell growth of MC3T3-E1 cells was assayed by MTT method after cells were incubated with the Curculigo orchioides extracts at various concentrations in vitro.Results Treated with the low concentration of Curculigo orchioides extracts（1 ∶1 500 group）,proliferation rate is 6.0%and no statistically significant differences in cell proliferation were observed.Whereas,at the 1 ∶1 000 group,Curculigo orchioides extracts significantly promotes the proliferation in MC3T3-E1 cells in vitro（21.7%,P 0.05）.At the 1 ∶500 group,proliferation rate is 51.9%（P 0.05） while it is 66.3%（P 0.01） at the 1 ∶250 group.P 0.05,P 0.01 vs.vehicle-treated control cells,respectively.Conclusion Curculigo orchioides extracts significantly stimulates the proliferation of osteoblasts in vitro. |
