论医院高值耗材的科学管理

目的:加强医院高值耗材的科学管理。方法:针对医院高值耗材传统管理方法的弊端,采取了成立高值耗材管理项目组、业务流程重组、基于ERP系统实现高值耗材全程可追溯管理等新的管理方法。结果:新的管理方法初步实现了对医院高值耗材规范、统一、专业的管理,达到了采购透明、使用安全、服务专业、收支同步的目标。结论:新的管理方法克服了传统方法的弊端,使管理更科学、更专业、更精细。

Scientific management of high-value consumables in hospitals

Objective：To strengthen scientific management of medical high value consumables. Methods：In order to overcome the drawbacks of traditional methods,a series of measures such as establishing project team,reengineering business process and full traceability management based on ERP have been taken.Results：The goals of transparent procurement,use safety,professional service and balance synchronization have been basically achieved through standard,unified and professional management brought about by the new management methods. Conclusion：The new methods can overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods and make management more scientific,more professional and leaner.
