| 摘 要： | 目的:分析并整理常见的故障及维修方式。方法:总结多年来所见所闻仪器知识、维修经验,研究并分析常见的故障及维修方式。结果:介绍日常保养方法,以及吸样针、试剂针异常,冲洗针滴水,水空白异常,冰箱温度异常、定量泵损坏的原因,并提出解决方案。结论:在平时多掌握一些电学、设备学知识,使用设备的过程中做到每日清洁仪器表面,并定期保养仪器,对延长机器使用寿命,提高工作效率很有必要。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To analyze common breakdowns in Shimadzu CL8000 biochemical analyzer and determine methods for their solution. Methods： The experience in maintenance of various medical devices was summarized to determine reasons and their solutions for the biochemical analyzer. Results： The reasons were determined and solutions introduced. Conclusion： Through daily study and regular maintenance, we can prolong the life span of the analyzer. |
