| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对音乐疗法在内镜下逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)护理中的应用,探讨音乐疗法在ERCP中护理的临床意义。 方法 将行ERCP术的100例患者随机分为干预组和对照组各50例。干预组在术前向患者询问其所喜欢的音乐,在患者进入导管室后给患者播放音乐至手术结束;对照组手术期间不播放音乐。 结果 术中,干预组血压、心率低于对照组,而紧张、焦虑情绪均好于对照组。 结论 音乐疗法有利于ERCP术的顺利进行。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effectiveness of music therapy in ERCP. Methods 100 patients with ERCP in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups, the intervention group （n=50） and the control group （n= 50）. favorite music during the operation, while patients in the intervention group were given his or her in the control group were given on music. Results The blood pressure and heart rate in the intervention group were lower than that in the control group, while the anxiety degree of patients were better than that in the control group. Conclusion Music therapy is beneficial to ERCP. |
