| 摘 要： | 目的:设计并应用一种便携式鼓膜穿刺器。方法:根据传统鼓膜穿刺、给药原理进行改进,由注射器、手柄(含照明系统)、穿刺针3个部分组成。结果:便携式鼓膜穿刺器整体设计新颖、易操作、携带方便、重量轻、体积小。结论:便携式鼓膜穿刺器携带、操作方便,临床应用效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective： To design and apply a portable tympanic membrane puncture instrument. Method： The instrument was designed according to the theory of traditional tympanic membrane puncture. The instrument of tympanic membrane puncture was made of three different parts： injector, holder （include lighting system） and puncture needle. Results： The structures of tympanic membrane puncture instrument was simple and its manipulation convenient. Meanwhile, it had the privileges of light weight and little volume. Conclusion： The instrument is convenient to carry and use. |
