我院病区药房药学服务实践体会

目的 使患者得到安全、有效、经济、合理的治疗药物.方法 从加强病区药房药品质量管理、改变药品配送模式、临床科室备用基数药品的监督管理、建立药历等4个方面提供优质的药学服务.结果与结论 为患者提供良好的药学服务,可优化服务流程,提高药品质量,确保临床用药安全.

Developing Pharmaceutical Care in Inpatient Area Pharmacies
