| 摘 要： | 研究生教育是我国教育结构中最高层次的教育，高素质研究生是学科建设和学校培养研究生的目的，是衡量高等学校科研水平和学术水平的重要指标，也是目前社会人才需求的焦点。文章根据医学研究生的特点，从创新培养基地建设、临床实践教育实施等方面提出思考和建议。

| Abstract: | Graduate education is the highest level of education in our country＇s education system. Training high-quality graduate students is the goal of subject construction and graduate school training, an important indicator of measuring the level of scientific research and academic standards of colleges and universities. At present,it is also a focus of community demand for talents. To train the innovative ability is one of the main goals of medical graduate education. According to the medical graduates characteristics, this paper proposes some thoughts and suggestions including the construction of innovative training base and implementation of the clinical practical education. |
