上海市长宁区帮困妇女生殖健康服务需要与利用研究

目的：通过调查上海市长宁区帮困妇女生殖系统疾病患病和对妇科体检服务利用现状,了解帮困妇女生殖健康服务需要和服务利用水平。方法：采用横断面调查方法,以长宁区2007年6～9月参加妇科普查的1487名帮困已婚妇女为研究对象,采用妇科体检结合问卷调查的方式收集资料。结果：帮困妇女生殖系统疾病总患病率86.1%,其中以乳腺疾病、宫颈病和子宫肌瘤较常见,患病率分别为66.3%、43.7%和19.3%。定期妇科体检情况较差,46.3%不参加,仅20.3%每年至少参加1次妇科体检。对妇科体检的态度比较积极,但支付意愿较低,76.1%希望妇科体检费用由政府支付,61.1%不愿意为妇科体检支付任何费用。结论：帮困妇女生殖系统健康状况较差,生殖健康服务需要较大,对生殖保健服务利用水平亟需提高。
