65例肿瘤化疗患者使用黄芪注射液后免疫功能和预后的临床观察

目的 探讨肿瘤化疗患者使用黄芪注射液后免疫功能变化的情况及预后的影响.方法 肿瘤患者65例,随机分为观察组病人33例和对照组病人32例.2组病人在常规化疗同时,观察组加用黄芪注射液静滴,动态观察2组病人的白细胞水平变化及治疗后T细胞亚群CD3 细胞、CD4 细胞、CD8 细胞和CD4 /CD8 的变化情况.结果 观察组化疗后第1～3周白细胞水平明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),白细胞波动范围观察组比对照组小;治疗后观察组患者CD3 细胞、CD4 细胞、CD8 细胞和CD4 /CD8 明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 肿瘤患者在化疗同时应用黄芪注射液,能保护和促进骨髓造血能力,提高机体免疫功能,增强免疫细胞杀瘤活性,提高治疗效果.

Clinical Observation on the Immunity and Prognos is of 65 Cases of Tumor Chemotherapy Patients with Mildvetch Injection Used

Objective To study the immunity and prognosis of the tumor chemotheraphy patients with Mildvetch Injection Used.Methods A total of 65 cases patients suffering from tumor, was divided into observation group of 33 cases and control group of 32 cases. Besides the regular chemotherapy was used in the two groups, the Milkvetch Injection was applied by intravenous drip in the observation group. The change of leukocyte level and changes of the T cell sub-group CD3 cell, CD4 cell, CD8 cell and CD4 /CD8 of the patients after treatment were dynamically observed in two groups.Results After 1 to 3 weeks' chemotherapy, the leukocyte level in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The fluctuation range in observation group was lower than that in control group. After treatment, the CD3 cell, CD4 cell, CD8 cell and CD4 /CD8 in observation group were obviously higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The chemotherapy combining with the application of Milkvetch Injection can protect and promote the blood generation ability of the marrow in tumor patients, improve the immunity of the body and reinforce tumor- elimination activity of the immune cell and facilitate the treatment effect.
