| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脂肪肝中医证型特点及与相关因素的关系,为脂肪肝的中医辨证论治提供依据。方法：将270例脂肪肝患者进行中医证型分析,筛选出频率最高的四种中医证型与性别、脂肪肝程度及BMI等因素比较其相关性。结果：武汉地区临床患者中以肝郁脾虚及肝肾阴虚型最为多见,且脾虚湿阻型中男性多于女性且脂肪肝程度较轻（P〈0.01）;肝郁脾虚型女性多于男性且以轻度及中度脂肪肝多见（P〈0.05）;超重、肥胖发病率、体重指数均值比较,各型脂肪肝差异均无显著性意义（P〉0.05）。结论：脂肪肝中医证型与性别及脂肪肝程度有相关性,与超重、肥胖发病率、体重指数无明显相关性。
