护理干预在原发性骨质疏松症合并椎体骨折病人护理中的应用

目的]探讨护理干预在原发性骨质疏松症合并椎体骨折病人护理中的应用。方法]将61例骨质疏松症合并椎体单纯压缩性骨折病人随机分为对照组28例和观察组33例，对照组病人采取常规护理，观察组病人在常规护理基础上给予护理干预。监测病人治疗前后骨密度，比较两组的治疗效果。结果]观察组治疗效果、骨密度改善优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论]对骨质疏松症合并椎体单纯压缩性骨折病人进行早期护理干预，可提高骨量、恢复骨质结构，具有明显的治疗效果。

Application of nursing intervention in nursing care of primary osteoporosis patients complicated with vertebral fractures

Objective： To probe into the application of nursing intervention in nursing care of primary osteoporosis patients complicated with vertebral fractures. Methods： A total of 61 cases of osteoporosis patients complicated with vertebral simple compression fractures were randomly divided into 33 in observation group （33 cases）and control group （28 cases）,control group cases received the routine care, besides that the observation group patients were given the nursing intervention, then to monitor and compare the bone mineral density before and after treatment and the curative effect between the two groups respectively. Results： The improvement of thera- peutic effect and bone density of the observation group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： early nursing intervention on osteoporosis patients complicated with vertebral compression fracture can improve the bone mass and restore bone structure, and has a significant therapeutic effect.
