支气管囊肿的CT表现

目的探讨支气管囊肿的CT表现。方法回顾性分析18例经手术和病理证实的支气管囊肿患者的CT表现。结果纵隔型支气管囊肿4例,3例为囊性,1例为高密度囊肿。肺内型支气管囊肿14例,含气囊肿2例;含液囊肿5例;含气液囊肿1例;炎性浸润阴影2例;不规则团块影3例;实性球形影1例。结论支气管囊肿多表现为光滑球形的含液或含气病灶,较易诊断;当病变呈软组织密度等不典型表现时,鉴别诊断困难。增强扫描时支气管囊肿囊内容物无强化的特点,有助于与肺内其他疾病鉴别。

CT Manifestations of Bronchial Cyst

Objective To investigate the CT manifestations of bronchial cyst.Methods The retrospective analysis was applied in investigating CT manifestations of 18 cases of bronchial cyst confirmed by operation and pathology.Results In the 18 cases,4 cases were mediastinal brochial cyst,with 3 case being cystic,and 1 case high-density cyst;fourteen cases were intrapulmonary cyst,with 2 cases being air cyst,5 cases liquid cyst,1 case air-liquid cyst,2 cases inflammatory infiltration lesion,3 cases irregular masses,and 1 case solid globular mass.Conclusion Most of bronchial cyst present slick global liquid or air focus,it is easy to be diagnosed;but when the manifestation of lesion is not typical,the differentiating diagnosis will be difficult to be made.The feature of non-enhancement of bronchial cyst by CT enhancement scanning is conducive to differentiate it from other diseases.
