| 摘 要： | 本文报告顺铂作为放射增敏剂治疗28例恶性肿瘤的初步结果.所有病例都有肿瘤客观反应.完全缓解率74.1%,部分缓解率25.9%.肺癌17例,完全缓解64.7%,部分缓解35.3%.虽然病例数不够多,但取得的结果是令人鼓舞的.主要副作用有恶心、呕吐,骨髓功能抑制.但肾功能无损伤.顺铂伍用放疗值得在临床进一步作对照研究. |

| Abstract: | 28 patients with malignant tumors were treated with radiotherapy and cisplatin.The dose of cisplatin was 20mg twice per week,the total dose ranged from 160-320mg.Radiation therapy was administered by ~(60)Co unit with total dose of 55-70Gy.Objective tumor response was observed in all patients following treatment.Complete and partial remission rates were 74% and 26% respectively.Toxic effects were moderated and consisted of emesis and myelosuppression.Further controlled studies are recommended. |
