摘    要:目的建立脑震宁颗粒中阿魏酸和橙皮苷含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为VP—ODSC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.5%醋酸水(4:6),流速:1.OmL/min,柱温:25℃,检测波长:284nm。结果阿魏酸、橙皮苷的回归方程分别为Y=0.0052X+0.003,r=0.9995;Y=0.010IX+0.059,r=0.9995,其线性范围分别为0.027~0.405、0.050~0.750μg。结论本方法灵敏度高,重复性强,样品处理简便。可以作为脑镇宁颗粒的含量测定方法。

Abstract:Aim To establish a method for the detection of ferulic acid and hesperidin in Naozhenning grantdes. Methods A standard method by HPLC with VP-ODS C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm)column was used. The mobile phase was methanol -0.5% acetic acid water(4: 6) and flow rate was 1.0mL/min. The UV detection wavelength was set at 284 nm and column temperature was 25℃. Results The linear range of fen.die acid was 0.027 -0.405 μg,and hesperidin was 0.050 - 0. 750μg. Linear equations were Y = 0. 005 2X + 0. 003, Y = 0.010 1 + 0. 005 6 respectively, r = 0. 999 5. Conclusions The method is efficient for detecting ferulic acid and hesperidin, sensitive and well reproducible. Samples can be easily treated. This method can be used for quantitative analysis of Naozhenning granules.
