稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗急性冠脉综合征并室性心律失常分析

目的观察稳心颗粒与胺碘酮联用治疗急性冠脉综合征（ACS）合并室性心律失常的疗效及不良反应。方法将120例急性冠脉综合征合并室性心律失常的患者随机分为稳心颗粒加胺碘酮组（A组）42例、胺碘酮组（B组）37例、稳心颗粒组（c组）41例，观察治疗前后临床症状和心律失常改善情况及不良反应。结果治疗前后动态心电图观察对比：A纽总有效率为90．47％（38例），B纽总有效率为64．86％（24例），C组总有效率为65．85％（27例）。A组与B组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），与C组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），B组与C组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗后临床症状改善情况：A组与B组比较、与C组比较均P〈0．01，差异有统计学意义；B组与C组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论稳心颗粒与胺碘酮联用治疗急性冠脉综合征合并室性心律失常明显优于各自单用疗效，且不良反应少。

Effectiveness of Wenxinkeli and Amiodarone on Acute Coronary Syndrome Combined with Ventricular Arrhythmia

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of wenxinkeli combined with amiodarone in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome（ACS） with ventricular arrhythmia. Methods One hundred and twenty of ACS combined with ventricular arrhythmia were divided into three groups ： group A （ n = 42 ） was treated with wenxinkeli and amiodarone, group B （ n = 37 ） with only amiodarone, and group C （n = 41 ） with wenxinkeli. The improvement of clinical symptoms and ventricular arrhythmia and the side effect were observed. Results Total effective rate was 90.47% in group A,64.86% in group B,and 65.85% in group C. There was a significant statistical difference between group A and group B or group A and group C （ n 〈 0.05 ）, but not between group B and group C （ n 〉 0.05 ）. The improvement of clinical symptom in group A was markedly better than that in group B and C （ n 〈 0.05 ）, and the incidence of the side effecting group A and C was lower than that in group B. Conclusion Wenxinkeli combined with amiodarone is more effective and safe for CAS with ventricular arrhythmia.
