摘    要:
目的研究磁共振帕金森综合征指数(MRPI)对进行性核上性麻痹(PSP)预后的提示价值。方法收集临床诊断为拟诊PSP的患者17例,行MRI检查,并计算MRPI;采用PSP评定量表(PSP-RS)评分,并与MRPI值行相关分析;对患者进行电话随访,分析MRPI值与生存时间的关系。结果 17例拟诊PSP患者PSP-RS评分为(42.2±9.4),MRPI为(17.3±4.9);MRPI与PSP-RS评分呈正相关(r=0.921,P=0.004);以MRPI 15.29为界值,MRPI>15.29患者生存时间(12.6±3.6)个月,MRPI≤15.29患者生存时间(25.0±7.3)个月(P<0.05)。结论 MRPI可以提示PSP患者的预后及生存时间。

Value of magnetic resonance Parkinsonism index in prognosis of progressive supranuclear palsy

Abstract:
Objective To study the value of magnetic resonance Parkinsonism index(MRPI) in prognosis of progressive supranuclear palsy(PSP).Methods Seventeen PSP patients were included in this study.They underwent MRI scan and their MRPI was calculated.The patients were scored according to the progressive supranuclear palsy rating scale(PSPRS).Correlation between the scores and MRPI of the patients was analyzed.The patients were followed up by telephone.Relation between MRPI and survival time of the patients was analyzed.Results The average PSPRS score was 42.2±9.4 and the MRPI was 17.3±4.9 for the 17 PSP patients.The MRPI was positively correlated with the PSPRS scores(r=0.921,P=0.004).The average survival time of the patients with their MRPI >15.29 and those with their MRPI ≤15.29 was 12.6±3.6 months and 25.0±7.3 months,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion MRPI can predict the prognosis and survival time of PSP patients.
