| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the disinfection quality of tableware in these enterprise. Methods The Rapid detection of coliforms detection paper. Results Total pass rate was 47.4%. Conclusion The pass rate of disinfection quality was not high, enterprise self, discipline and supervision were need to strengthen. |
