针刺结合推拿治疗产后缺乳临床疗效观察

目的 :观察针刺结合推拿治疗产后缺乳的临床疗效。方法 :选取产后缺乳患者40例,采取随机分组的方法分为两组,其中治疗组20例,采取针刺结合推拿手法,针刺乳根(双侧)、膻中、少泽(双侧),胸部胀满配期门,失血过多配肝俞、膈俞,气血不足配膈俞、足三里,痰湿配丰隆。操作方法:穴位常规消毒,取32号1.5寸毫针,采用平补平泄法,进针得气后,留针10 min。对照组20例,采用催产素。观察并记录治疗后乳汁大量流出的时间、乳汁流出的量、始动时间。结果:治疗8 h后,治疗组有效率为95%,对照组为60%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论 :针刺结合推拿手法治疗产后缺乳的临床效果明显优于对照组,能够有效提高乳汁分泌量,始动时间缩短。

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture Combined with Massage in the Treatment of Postpartum Hypogalactia

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of postpartum hypogalactia. Methods:There were 40 patients with postpartum hypogalactia,randomly divided into2 groups,20 patients in each group. In the treatment group,acupuncture combined with massage was applied.The acupoints were ST 18(bilateral),RN 17,and SI 1(bilateral). LV 14 and BL 18 were added when there was excessive blood loss,BL 17 and ST 36 were added when there was blood deficiency,and ST 40 was added when there was phlegm and dampness. Manipulation method:The acupoints were routinely sterilized,1.5 inch needle of No. 32,was used,neutral reinforcement and reduction manipulation was applied. After obtaining Qi,the acupuncture needle was retained for 10 minutes. In the control group,patients were given oxytocin. The duration and initial time of profuse milk secretion,the secretion volume was observed and recorded. Results:After 8 h treatment,the effective rate was 95% in the treatment group and 60% in the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of postpartum hypogalactia was obviously superior to oxytoxin,for it could effectively improve the milk secretion,and promote the initial time.
