张金荣运用攻补兼施法治疗恶性肿瘤经验

中医学认为,肿瘤的发生发展为内外因交互作用的结果 ,其内因责之于脏腑阴阳气血失调、正气虚弱,而人体正气的强弱由先天之本(肾)及后天之本(脾)所决定,故张金荣认为肿瘤的根本病机在于脾肾亏虚;其外因责之于外邪入侵,痰、湿、气、瘀、毒等搏结日久,气滞血瘀。张老师以"保先天(肾)固后天(脾),软坚散结,理气化瘀"为治疗大法,重视调补先后二天,扶正祛邪;同时强调依据患者症状及病情的变化,攻补兼施,临床上治疗恶性肿瘤患者取得满意疗效,延长了患者生存期,提高了患者生活质量。其治疗特点可归纳为辨病论治、对症用药、注重引经、日常调护四方面。

Using Supplementation and Attack Method to Treat Malignant Tumor by ZHANG Jinrong

According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the occurrence and development of the tumor is the results of the interaction of internal and external factors. The internal factors are the disorders of Yin and Yang,Qi and blood,and deficiency of healthy Qi. The condition of healthy qi depends on the prenatal root(kidney) and postnatal root(spleen). ZHANG Jinrong holds that the fundamental cause of the tumor is spleen and kidney deficiency. The external factors are the invasion by pathogenic Qi,leading to the accumulation phlegm,dampness,Qi,blood stasis and toxin,and finally leading to Qi stagnation and blood stasis. So professor ZHANG holds that the principle for treating tumor is to protect the prenatal(kidney) and postnatal(spleen),to soften hardness and dissipate conglomeration,and to regulate Qi and resolve blood stasis.Besides,based on the patient's symptoms and the development of disease,supplementation and attack should be used together. Guided by this thought,the treatment is satisfactory,and the survival period was prolonged and the life quality was improved. The treatment characteristics can be summarized as treatment based on disease differentiation,treating symptom,using envoy herbs,daily care,totally four aspects.
