三痹汤联合超激光治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效观察

目的 :观察三痹汤化裁合超激光治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 :83例膝骨性关节炎患者,采用随机数字表法分成对照组42例和治疗组41例。对照组给予超激光治疗,治疗组给予三痹汤合超激光治疗,疗程2周,观察膝关节疼痛、压痛和肿胀转变情况。结果:对照组42例,显效15例,好转27例;治疗组41例,显效24例,好转17例;两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:三痹汤化裁合超激光治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效优于单纯超激光治疗。

A Clinical Observation on Treating Knee Osteoarthritis by Sanbi Decoction Combined with Super Lazer Therapy

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of knee osteoarthritis treated with Sanbi decoction and super lazer therapy. Methods:There were 83 patients with knee osteoarthritis,randomly divided into the control group of 42 cases and the treatment group of 41 cases. In the control group,patients were treated super lazer therapy,and in the treatment group,patients were treated with Sanbi decoction and lazer therapy. The treatment was lasted for two weeks,and the pain,tenderness and the change of swelling in the knee joints were observed. Results:In the control group,15 cases were of obvious effect,and 27 cases were improved;in the treatment group,24 cases were of obvious effect,and 17 cases were improved;there were significant difference between the two groups on the therapeutic effect(P<0.05). Conclusion :Sanbi decoction combined super lazer therapy was better than super lazer therapy alone for treating osteoarthritis,and the effect was satisfactory.
