黄芪注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效和安全性系统评价

目的 :系统评价黄芪注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床有效率与安全性。方法 :检索黄芪注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的随机对照试验的相关文献,并筛选出合格文献作为研究对象,应用Jadad评分法进行相应质量评价。结果:共纳入17篇文献,1 575例患者。Meta分析结果显示:黄芪注射液组的临床疗效[RR=1.25,95%CI(1.11,1.42)]和心电图改善情况[RR=1.47,95%CI(1.33,1.63)]。结论 :黄芪注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛,较其他常规西药和中药,可以提高其治疗效果且安全性较好。但由于本系统评价纳入研究质量低且样本量小,药物安全性不明确,尚需高质量随机对照试验进一步验证。

Efficacy and Safety of Astragalus Injection in Treating Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of astragalus injection in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods:The related literatures of the randomized controlled trials of astragalus injection in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were retrieved,and the eligible literatures were selected as the research objects,and the corresponding quality evaluation was carried out by using the Jadad scoring method. Results:Total 1 575 cases of 17 papers were selected. Meta analysis showed the clinical efficacy of astragalus injection group [RR=1.25,95%CI(1.11,1.42)] and the improvement of ECG [RR=1.47,95%CI(1.33,1.63) ]. Conclusion :Astragalus injection in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,compared with other conventional western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,could improve the therapeutic effect and safety. However,due to the low quality and small sample size,drug safety is not definite,the randomized controlled trials with high quality were still needed to be further validated.
