| 窦汉卿及其《通玄指要赋》学术特点探析 |

| 摘 要： | 窦汉卿曾从师于山东滕县名医李浩,《通玄指要赋》为其继承李浩经验写成的赋文,总结了颈项强痛、腰腿疼痛、呆痴等50余种病证的治疗取穴,常用腧穴有太冲、人中、神门、风府、风池、听会、合谷等49个,其中足三里、后溪各2穴次。本赋文辞优美,行文流畅,突出显示了窦汉卿深谙《内经》经典理论、重视特定穴、选穴少而精的学术特点,丰富了金元时期针灸治疗学的内容。

| Abstract: | DOU Hanqing studied Chinese medicine under the guidance of LI Hao,a famous doctor in Teng county,Shandong province. Ode of the Essentials for Penetrating Mysteries by DOU Hanqing was the inheritance of LI Hao's experience,which summarized the point selection and treatment of more than 50 kinds of diseases such as neck stiffness and pain,pain in the waist and legs and dementia,etc. Total 49 common acupoints were recorded,such as:Tai Chong,Ren Zhong,Shen Men,Feng Fu,Feng Chi,Ting Hui,He Gu and so on,among which Hou Xi and Zu Sanli were recorded for 2 times. This ode owned beautiful language and fluent writing,highlighted academic characteristics of the classic theory in Canon of Medicine,emphasis on the specific points,fewer but better point selection,and enriched the acupuncture therapy in Jin and Yuan Dynasties. |
