耳穴压豆疗法对不同证型原发性高血压即时降压疗效比较

目的 :观察耳穴压豆疗法对多证型原发性高血压即时降压效果比较。方法 :95例原发性高血压患者分为肝火亢盛型组、阴虚阳亢型组、痰湿壅盛型组、阴阳两虚型组,并运用耳穴压豆疗法,观察治疗后各证型高血压患者即时血压下降情况。结果:各组血压均有不同程度下降,其中肝火亢盛型组、阴虚阳亢型组血压下降幅度较痰湿壅盛型组、阴阳两虚型组明显。结论:耳穴压豆疗法对肝火亢盛型、阴虚阳亢型高血压病即时降压治疗效果较好。

Comparison of Instant Antihypertensive Effect of Auricular Points Pressing with Seeds on Different Syndromes of Essential Hypertension

Objective:To observe the instant antihypertensive effect of auricular points pressing with seeds on different syndromes of essential hypertension. Methods:A total of 95 patients with essential hypertension were divided into four groups of four different syndromes:liver-fire excess syndrome,Yin deficiency and Yang excess syndrome,accumulation of phlegm and dampness syndrome,Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome. All the patients were treated with auricular points pressing with seeds. Then compare decrease of blood pressure of the four different syndromes. Results:The blood pressure of the four syndromes decreased to different extent.The blood presure of liver-fire excess syndrome and Yin deficiency and Yang excess syndrome decreased more obviously than those of the accumulation of phlegm and dampness syndrome and Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome. Conclusion:Auricular points pressing with seeds has better instant antihypertensive effect on liver-fire excess syndrome and Yin deficiency and Yang excess syndrome.
