三伏贴治疗支气管哮喘的临床研究

目的 :观察三伏贴治疗支气管哮喘的皮肤反应情况及临床疗效,并分析二者相关性。方法 :选择2014年青岛市海慈医疗集团肺病科门诊就诊的支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,以常规西医治疗并行三伏贴治疗的为治疗组,以常规西医治疗的为对照组。治疗组400例,以贴敷药白芥子生用、生炒并用及炒用又分为1、2、3号方组;以敷药后是否发生不良反应分为正常反应组、水泡组、过敏组、无反应组四组。对照组87例。观察两组患者的临床疗效,并着重观察贴敷药物、皮肤反应情况与临床疗效相关性。结果:治疗组与对照组末伏最后一天疾病疗效指数比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组治疗前疾病发作次数、方药刺激强度与贴敷后皮肤反应密切相关(P0.05),发作次数较少的患者易出现正常反应,3、2、1号方出现皮肤反应依次增高,而治疗前发作次数较多的患者易出现过敏反应。治疗后四组患者的哮喘发作次数有明显差异(均P0.05),水泡组患者发作次数最少,其次为正常反应组、过敏组、无反应组。结论:应用三伏贴治疗支气管哮喘,治疗前疾病发作次数、方药刺激强度与皮肤反应情况相关,而皮肤反应情况与临床疗效中的1年内发作次数相关,治疗后皮肤起水泡的患者发作次数最少,疗效最好,其次为正常反应、过敏、无反应的患者,药物刺激强度的增大不能提高患者近期疗效,但是与皮肤反应相关,能降低患者发作次数。

Clinical Study on Effect of Sanfu Patches in Treating Asthma

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of sanfu patches treating asthma and to analyze the correlation between them. Methods:Patients diagnosed with asthma in the department of pulmonary disease of Qingdao Hiser Medical group in 2014 were chosen as the object for study. The control group were treated with the routine western medicine,and the experimental group were treated with the routine western medicine and sanfu patches. There were 400 valid cases in the experimental group and 87 valid cases in the control group. The clinical efficacy and skin reaction were observed and the correlation between them was analyzed. Results:Through the analysis,on the last day of mofu,therapeutic indexes in the control group and experimental group showed no stastical significance(P> 0.05). The frequency of disease attack before that treatment and medicine stimulation intensity were closely related with skin reactions(P<0.05). Patients with low frequency of attack usually were of normal reaction. Patients treated with medicine 3,2 and 1manifested increased skin reactions. Patients with the high frequency of attack before treatment usually suffered allergic reaction. After treatment the frequency of attack in the 4 groups were significantly different(P <0.05). In the groups of blisters,normal reaction,allergic reaction,and no reaction,the frequency of attacks decreased accordingly. Conclusion:By treating asthma with sanfu patehes,the skin reaction was related with frequency of disease attack before the treatment and stimulation intensity of sanfu patches,and skin reaction was related with frequency of disease attack within 1 year. After the treatment,patients with blisters showed lowest frequency of disease attack,followed by with normal reaction,with allergies and with no reaction. The increase of stimulation intensity cannot improve the short-term curative effect,but is related with the skin reactions,and can reduce the frequency of attack.
