清肺饮配合西药治疗支气管哮喘发作期临床观察

目的 :观察清肺饮配合西药治疗支气管哮喘发作期的临床疗效。方法 :将120例支气管哮喘发作期患者随机分为治疗组58例和对照组62例。对照组采用抗生素、抗病毒、舒张支气管以及糖皮质激素类药物,治疗组在对照组基础上予清肺饮治疗,1周后观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为93.1%、79.0%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 :清肺饮配合常规西药治疗支气管哮喘发作期疗效优于单纯应用西药。

Clinical Observation of Treatment of Bronchial Asthma at Onset Phase by Qingfei Drinks Combined with Western Medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Qingfei drink combined with western medicine on treatment of bronchial asthma at onset phase. Methods:A total of 120 patients with bronchial asthma at onset phase were randomly divided into treatment group(58 cases) and control group(62 cases). The control group was given antibiotics,antiviral drugs,bronchodilator and glucocorticoid. The treatment group,on basis of the control group,was given Qingfei drink. The curative effects of the two groups were observed after1 week. Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was respectively 93.1%and 79%. The curative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The curative effect of Qingfei drink combined with conventional western medicine on bronchial asthma at onset phase was significantly better than that of the simple application of western medicine.
