龙附方治疗慢性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔疼痛综合征疗效观察 |

摘 要: | 目的:观察龙附方治疗经临床表型分类系统(UPOINT)分类的慢性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔疼痛综合征(CP/CPPS)的临床疗效。方法:经UPOINT分类确诊的CP/CPPS患者100例,使用中药协定方龙附方进行治疗12周,在治疗前、治疗后6周、治疗后12周对患者进行国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)评分并记录不良反应情况,分析UPOINT因子与经龙附方治疗后NIH-CPSI评分下降的相关性,疗效评定标准为有效和无效。结果:本组治疗后有效75例,无效20例,总有效率78.95%(75/95);U因子、O因子、T因子与经龙附方治疗后患者的NIH-CPSI评分的下降均有关(P0.01)。结论 :龙附方治疗U因子、O因子、T因子阳性的CP/CPPS效果安全有效。

Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Longfu formula on the treatment of chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome(CP/CPPS) which were classified by the urinary,psychosocial,organ-specific,infection,neurologic/systemic,tenderness(UPOINT) system. Methods:A total of 100 patients diagnosed as CP/CPPS were enrolled in this study. All patients were classified by the UPOINT system and underwent a12-week therapy of Longfu formula. The national institutes of health-chronic prostatitis symptom index(NIH-CPSI) and adverse events of the patients were evaluated before treatment,6 weeks after treatment and12 weeks after treatment respectively. The correlation between UPOINT factors and the decrease of NIH-CPSI after treatment by Longfu formula was analyzed. According to the assessment criteria,the clinical result was either effective or ineffective. Results:The Longfu formula was effective on 75 patients and ineffective on 20 cases. The total effective rate was 78.95%(75/95). The factor of U,O,T were correlated with the decrease of NIH-CPSI(P<0.01). Conclusion:Longfu formula is safe and effective on CP/CPPS of which the U,O,T factor was positive. |
