中西医结合治疗狼疮肾炎的疗效观察

目的 :探讨以辨证论治为基础的中西医结合方式治疗狼疮肾炎的临床疗效。方法 :选取145例狼疮肾炎患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组85例和对照组60例。试验组患者采用中西医结合的治疗方法,对照组患者采用西药治疗方法。观察两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组患者治疗总有效率为90.6%,显著高于对照组的76.7%(P0.05);治疗后,两组患者自身抗体表达情况及尿蛋白定量均较治疗前有明显改善(P0.05),但试验组患者改善更明显(P0.05),且治疗过程中不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组患者(P0.05)。结论:中西医结合辨证施治能有效改善和缓解LN患者的病情,且不良反应少。

Clinical Observation of Lupus Nephritis Treated with Integration of Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of lupus nephritis treated with integration of Chinese and western medicine based on syndrome differentiation. Methods:There were 145 patients with lupus nephritis randomly divided into the experimental group and control group. In the experimental group there were 85 patients treated with integration of Chinese and western medicine and there were 60 patients in the control group treated with western medicine alone. The therapeutic effects and adverse reaction were observed. Results:In the experimental group,the total effective rate was 90.6%,significantly higher than that of76.7% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,in the two groups expressions of auto-antibody and urinary protein excretion were improved obviously than those before the treatment(P<0.05). The experimental group was improved more significantly(P <0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion :Integration of Chinese and western medicine based on syndrome differentiation can effectively improve the condition and relieve systemic lupus erythematosus,with few adverse reactions,and therefore it should be promoted in clinic.
