综合干预疗法治疗小儿先天性肌性斜颈临床观察

目的 :探讨综合干预疗法治疗小儿先天性肌性斜颈临床疗效。方法 :先天性肌性斜颈患儿80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组应用单纯推拿方法,治疗组应用推拿、蜡疗及生物反馈疗法,6疗程后比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率95.0%,对照组77.5%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组治愈、好转疗程明显短于对照组(P0.05)。结论:推拿、蜡疗和生物反馈疗法治疗小儿先天性肌性斜颈效果显著。

Clinical Observation on Comprehensive Intervention Therapy in Treatment of Infant Congenital Muscular Torticollis

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of comprehensive intervention therapy on infant congenital muscular torticollis. Methods:Total 80 cases of congenital torticollis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group used massage therapy and the treatment group applied of massage,wax therapy combined with biofeedback therapy. The clinical effects were compatively analyzed after 6 sessions. Results :In the treatment group total effective rate was 95.0%,the control group was 77.5%,There was statistical significance between the two groups(P< 0.05). Cured courses and improved courses of the treatment group were obviously shorter than those in the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion:Massage,wax therapy combined with biofeedback therapy has good effects in treatment of congenital torticollis.
