| Abstract: | IgA nephropathy usually shows pharyngitis,enteritis and other mucosa reactions. According to the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,this disease is of heat,toxin and blood stasis. According to the principle of tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen,clearing heat and removing toxin,activating blood circulation and resolving stasis,MI Jie applied the treatment based on syndrome differentiation with combined traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. The therapeutic effect was satisfactory. |
