| 加味四物汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期临床研究 |

| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察加味四物汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期患者的临床疗效。方法:66例确诊患者随机分组,均给予西医基础治疗,治疗组加服加味四物汤,两组疗程均为14 d,比较两组综合疗效及治疗前后中医症状积分、血气分析指标的变化。结果:治疗组在改善症状及血气分析指标方面均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:加味四物汤可改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者症状及血气分析相关指标,有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical Study of Acute Exacerbating Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Treated by Modified Siwu Decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of modified Siwu decoction on patients with acute exacerbating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD). Methods:A total of 66 patients were randomly divided into two groups,which were all given western medicine foundation treatment.The treatment group was added to modified Siwu decoction.The two groups all treated for 14 days. The comprehensive curative effect,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptoms integral and the change of blood gas analysis indexes after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results:The improvements of symptoms and blood gas analysis indexes of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Modified Siwu decoction can improve the symptoms and blood gas analysis indexes of patients with AECOPD and has good clinical curative effect. |
